The Boss - Top Ten Boss Rules

Rule #10: Are you trying to fulfill your dreams or help your
          staff fulfill theirs.

Rule #9: Pay attention to your employee moral. Many bosses
are unaware or don't care about employee moral enough
to say or do anything to fix it. A bosses staff are
like their army of soldiers; no army can win a war if
the soldiers are all injured. You are only as strong
as your weakest link but in the army, no man is left
behind so that means that their are no weak links. So
as a good leader you must fix your weak links, not
         replace them.

Rule #8: Admit your mistakes! A boss loses lots of respect,
trust and productivity every time they make a mistake
and then makes excuses for them. You must lead by
example, showing your staff that you make mistakes
and then improve to not make them again sets a tone
for your business. Rather than a boss that tries their
hardest to dodge blame, criticism and responsibility
for things that occurred in there business under their
         watch.

Rule #7: Do not be a "wait till I get my own business
hypocrite." A lot of people want to own their own
business because they did not like the way a former
boss treated them. Then, the first chance they get
as a boss, they do too their staff the same things
their former boss did to them.

Rule #6: Do not make decisions based off of emotion. A good
boss will never make an emotional decision. If your
goal as a boss is to make your business successful,
then decisions are made logically, creatively and
         respectfully.

Rule #5: Pick a side, you can either be the cool boss or the
all business boss, you can not be both.

Rule #4: Do Not take everything personally. Whither your a
boss or staff, if told about what could be done to
make things better. It shouldn't be taken negatively.

Rule #3.5: Never selfishly expect loyalty from your part time
staff. Just remember, it's PART TIME; how many part
time employees you know that will do anything for a
company. At some point, common sense will hit them
and remind them that they only work part time and
that the owners are the ones making all the money.

Rule #3: Don't expect or demand employee commitment to your
dream. Unless your the OWNER, know that the staff
do not care about the success of your company. They
care about the success of their paycheck.

Rule #2: YOU ARE NOT GOD!!
Rule #1: If something happens when your in charge then you are
         to blame.

Dreams Money Can Buy

I played the lotto yesterday,
I picked my numbers in hopes of a big surprise,
hoping for a honest win, no gimmicks, no lies,
Hoping to win so that I could get the things that money can buy.

I'm tired of just having have rent money, Clark Kent money.
No A/C on, no vents,
go on a date and never spent a cent kind of money.

Why not Dream of the things that money can buy,
the things that money can supply
With It, I could live a life of crime,
hire a lawyer to escape the jail time.

I need big mansion house money
Upper echelon private school money
The kind of money that would make your worst enemy love you.
The kind of money that will make your girl put no one above you.

A model and a fast car, A big house with a glass bar,
A tennis court,
A basketball court and a swimming pool in the backyard.
What more can you ask for.

I can pay for everything that I didn't learn,
Have people to around me
and not look for anything in return.

Go on vacation to the Bahamas and sit in a sauna
Or go to a resort on the beaches of Pompeii,
Sipping on a coconut drink all day,
I wouldn't have to live life the wrong way.
Use my money to have a round table meeting
with Obama, Jeffery Dahmer and Kanye.

I wouldn't have to go to work,
Could find time to go to church
and thank god for giving me everything I asked for.

Some guys chase a sexy girl, I would be surrounded by them.
Well, honestly I don't need money to get a sexy friend.
I can be cool in a room of hot girls,
closed in, just me, her and great conversation.

I wouldn't need a doctor or a masseuse to complex me.
I would use Paper therapy and let the money relax me.
Fuck if the government tax me.

Each watch would come with a replacement bezel,
I could live life in revel.
The problem is, new level comes a new devil.
So I'm settled in the life I live,
I love every surprise from the ground to the sky,
So I'm content with the things that my money can't buy.
